Tip projection remained good, despite the reduction of a large dorsal ‘hump’ in this 33 year old white male. This is unusual: with large hump reductions, the tip generally has to be supported with a cartilage graft. In fact, no work was carried out on the nasal tip, which was already well-defined aesthetically.
