Rhinoplasty 10
Back To Procedure
Description:
Commonly, noses become deviated or crooked after trauma. Less common is a patient presenting with a deviated nose with no history of injury. These cases are very challenging since the deviation is long-standing and the associated tissues have accommodated the abnormal position.
This 21 year old white female presented with the deviation illustrated. I had to perform an open rhinoplasty and do extensive work on the septum to correct it.
