Mommy Makeover consisting of abdominoplasty and mastopexy (breast lift) in a 45-year-old black female who had three children and planned to have no more. Her complaints revolved around loose skin and stretch marks. Many of the stretch marks were taken out with the abdominoplasty but they were even present in the upper abdomen so could not be removed completely.
