Description:
A challenging facelift in a patient in her early sixties. The structural changes of facial aging have been compounded by the skin damage produced by chronic (meaning: ‘of long duration’) sun exposure. The facelift addresses the structural elements and to some extent stretches out some of the wrinkles, but the damaged skin should also be restored by either serial peels or laser treatments.
