Many patients retain a youthful look in their upper faces while the results of aging are betrayed by excessive neck folds and skin laxity. These problems were addressed in this 67 year old white female by a neck lift with a low division of neck bands, tightening of the SMAS (deep fascia) and skin re-draping. I also utilized fat transfer to her cheeks to reconstitute the so-called ‘ogee curve’ (cheek contour) best seen in the oblique views.
