Sometimes even relatively young people have an excess of loose skin in the eyelids. This is probably constitutional rather than the result of the aging process. That is not to say that the aging process cannot make it worse. Neither is it to say that it cannot be corrected by a four lid blepharoplasty as seen in this 42 year old white female.
