Blepharoplasty 18

This patient really needed an endoscopic brow-lift but refused it. He had an upper blepharoplasty because his upper eyelids were encroaching on his field of view and some improvement is documented in these pictures.

Ideally an endoscopic brow-lift would have been combined with a lower lid blepharoplasty to obtain the best aesthetic result.
