Abdominoplasty 14

This 42 year old white female had loose skin and poor abdominal tone caused by diastasis (spreading apart) of the rectus abdominis muscles. An abdominoplasty tightened the skin and permitted the rectus muscles to be plicated (sutured back together). The scar was positioned to lie inside the patient’s underwear.
