JUVÉDERM®

Is Nipple Injection Surgery Safe?

Nipple injection surgery is safe and rarely results in significant complications.

One serious, but fortunately rare, complication that could possibly occur is when the filler is injected into a blood vessel. 

Vascular occlusion results when the blood supply is blocked, causing the tissue that is being supplied by the artery to die. 

You may also feel irritation and temporary discomfort following the procedure.
