Blepharoplasty 15
Back To Procedure
Description:
A 52 year old with laxity of the upper eyelid skin and droopiness of the eyebrows. She underwent an endoscopic brow-lift and lower blepharoplasty followed 3 months later by an upper blepharoplasty. It is unwise to perform brow-lift and upper blepharoplasty at the same time since, with the swelling following surgery, the eyes may not be able to close properly. However, by waiting 3 months, the swelling abates and a little relaxation of the brow occurs permitting a safe upper blepharoplasty to be carried out.
