To compensate for redundant or droopy skin in the upper eyelid many patients keep their brows raised causing transverse forehead wrinkles. They often present at the office complaining about the wrinkles and asking for Botox! Blepharoplasty removes the need for brow elevation and often eliminates the forehead wrinkles.
