Rhinoplasty 13

This 25-year-old white female was not concerned about her profile. She complained that, from the front, the upper part of her nose was too narrow while the lower third was too wide.

Via an open rhinoplasty, I was able to restore normal proportions to  her nasal width while reducing the tip cartilages. Post-operatively the nose, as a whole, looks more refined.
